February 22 & March 1 2019
The purpose of Greek 101 is to educate new members about their fraternity and sorority organizational values and to provide prevention-education, teamwork, leadership skills, and values-based community building experiences. The program welcomes all new members to the fraternity and sorority community, provides insight and information on all major aspects of Greek life, and outlines expectations for the new member and initiation process. This program also focuses on prevention-education; such as preventing hazing and other unacceptable and/or risk-behaviors (alcohol and other drug use, sexual assault and misconduct, etc.) It is coordinating in union with the staff of the Matador Involvement Center and Greek Councils.
